Summer Schools

The Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies has been organising summer schools since 2003. The Summer School on International Criminal Law will be organised for the 10th time in 2012.

We also host two summer courses for American undergraduate students: The Brandeis in The Hague summer program, which is a result of a wonderful collaboration with Brandeis University, and the Human Rights: Theory and Practice summer abroad program, which will be organised at the Grotius Centre by Central Michigan University for the first time in 2011.

The Grotius Centre is very pleased that a new collaboration with Oxfam Novib has resulted in a new summer school on Women, Peace and Security, on the implementation of United Nations Resolutions 1325 en 1820.
